  • Booking form / contract: information required for invoicing (address, session date, etc.).

  • Photography services: client images under the signed contract.

The photographers do not collect sensitive data (ethnic origin, health, political opinions, etc.).

3. Purpose of Processing

The data collected is used solely for:

  • Managing photography services (booking, communication, invoicing, delivery).

  • Client relations (responding to messages, sending order-related information).

  • Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, invoicing).

  • Communication, where applicable (publication of photos on the website or social media, only with the client’s written consent).

No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

  • Photographs: kept for 1 year from delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cookies: maximum of 13 months.

The data is intended exclusively for the photographers.

No data transfer outside the European Union is carried out.
